In the tulip mania

In the tulip mania
in the 16th century, a tulip? was suddenly worth more than some houses in Holland.

In 1630, the prices for a tulip bulb rose to a high level and then in 1637 the bubble burst.

That's kind of how I feel sometimes as a headhunter.

There are great candidates who are worth every penny, but there are also some "tulips"....
When did you buy your last "tulip"?
