47% of German workers are dissatisfied with their current salary. 17% of them are actually very dissatisfied. The Dutch, on the other hand, are the most often satisfied with their salary within Europe.

Germany is large and the regions differ from each other, including in salary. Southern Germany, for example, has the lowest unemployment rates. There, the labor market is very much an employee market and strongly salary driven.
