MAZE - international are Dutch headhunters for and in Germany.
We are a niche player and fulfill vacancies in all industries, our specialization is not industry-specific but region-specific, namely Germany.
From our headquarters in beautiful Munich, we make the difference for our Dutch and international clients. We are not consultants, advisors, but real go-getters. We solve vacancy problems for our clients in the German market.
We bridge the gap between our experience in the Netherlands and the knowledge we have gathered in Germany over the past decades. Because we know that things are slightly different in Germany. Our uniqueness is in our Dutch DNA.

What we do is called “classic headhunting”. How we do it is passionate.
