Germany fact:

The number of sick days per employee in Germany has increased.
On average, each employee was sick for 19.4 days in 2023 (which cost the economy about 36 Billion Euros, by the way). In 2011 this was still 9.4 days.

What are you doing for the health of your employees in Germany? For many Dutch companies, German employees are remote. Literally across a border. Are you paying (enough) attention to that?
