Since its establishment in 2005, X²O Bathrooms have become the market leader in visible sanitary in Belgium. For several years now, X²O also has a strong presence in the Netherlands and also there, the concept is in full expansion.
In order to write a success story in Germany as well, X²O is looking for a passionate performance marketer to manage all online campaigns.

YOUR POSITION
Whether your range of duties is diverse? That is an understatement. You are involved in performance marketing: search, shopping, display and social advertising. You analyze the results with a view to optimize the conversion. Moreover, you optimize the omnichannel customer journey and you work very closely with fellow experts in Belgium and Germany. You give your fellow marketers insight into the German market and closely monitor the results to maximize online and offline sales.
As an entrepreneur you look at what it takes to make a real success of the German story.
YOUR PROFIEL
· You have at least a first work experience in performance marketing and e-commerce, preferably in a B2C environment or agency.
· You have a sharp mindset and analytical mind.
· You are entrepreneurial and organized, with an eye for detail.
· You are eager to map out X²O in Germany.
· You work from a hub in Cologne.
